The Xbox One Preview system allows certain users to test out new console features before they're released to the public, and late last week Microsoft rolled out an update for members of the program's Alpha ring, which gives access to brand new features as well as the usual amount of bug fixes.

One of these new features is increased options for inactivity shutdown, as you can now set your console to shut down after two, three, four and five hours, as opposed to just one and six. There's also the inclusion of Do Not Disturb, a feature that turns off notifications and tells others you're unavailable, as well as the ability to schedule when your console should shift between different themes.

Mini Game Hubs are also new, and here "you can access great content for the games you've played recently from a Game Hub without ever having to leave the action. Mini Game Hubs provide an easy way to see friends who are currently playing, upcoming Achievements, Looking for Group posts, and more. To find the Mini Game Hub, launch the Guide and look for a new icon to the right of all Game tiles in the Home section," as phrased by Microsoft.
